Which cities do you operate in?
Currently, we provide volunteering options in Gurgaon and Delhi only. But we plan to expand to other cities soon. Please drop a note on unitiforcommuniti@gmail.com to let us know which city would you like to volunteer in.
Is there any age limit to volunteer?
No. There are no such restrictions.
Will I be given a certificate for my work with UnitiForCommuniti?
No. This platform acts as a facilitator for people who wish to contribute to the community. The aim is to give back to the society, not endorse the individuals who participate in doing so.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. Neither we nor the social organizations associated with us charge you anything. Please do not trust people who ask for payment claiming to be on our behalf. Report such instances to us immediately.
However, donating money or kind to organizations for social causes is an unrelated issue and completely depends on individual discretion.
I have registered on the website, what next? How do I start volunteering?
Log in to your account on unitiforcommuniti.com. Click on the ‘I wish to volunteer’ button. Fill up details in the form that appears. Select the date and the cause/organization you want to volunteer for.
In the next 24 hours, you would receive a confirmation via email/sms/call/account notification containing details of your volunteering session.
How do I share my volunteering experience with the world?
Write to us. Share your experience in words and pictures and send to unitiforcommuniti@gmail.com. We would publish your story on our blog and our social media accounts. You can then share the same with your friends and family too!
